Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Destinations

We ship commercial kitchen equipment and food processing machinery from China to customers worldwide, including but not limited to Asia, Europe, North America, South America, the Middle East, Africa, and Oceania.

2. Delivery Terms

We support the following international trade terms (Incoterms 2020):

• EXW (Ex Works) – buyer arranges and pays for all transportation from our factory in Jinan.
• FOB (Free On Board) – we deliver goods to the named port of loading and load them onto the vessel; buyer pays freight, insurance, and import duties.
• CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight) – we pay freight and insurance to the named port of destination; buyer pays import duties and last-mile delivery.
• DAP (Delivered At Place) – we deliver to the buyer's named address; buyer handles import duties and unloading.
• DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) – available on request for selected destinations; we pay all duties and taxes.

Specific Incoterm and final freight quotation will be confirmed in your order confirmation.

3. Processing & Lead Time

• Stock items: 7–15 working days after payment confirmation.
• Custom or made-to-order items: 20–60 working days, depending on specifications and quantity. Exact lead time will be stated in the proforma invoice.

4. Shipping Methods

• Sea freight (FCL / LCL) – most common for heavy equipment.
• Air freight – for small or urgent shipments.
• Land transport (truck / rail) – for shipments within Asia and to neighboring countries.

5. Tracking & Insurance

Once the goods are dispatched, we will provide the carrier name, bill of lading (B/L) or airway bill (AWB) number, and tracking link where available. All shipments can be insured at buyer's request; insurance cost is typically 0.3%–0.5% of the cargo value for ICC (A) all-risks coverage. Lower-cost ICC (B) or ICC (C) coverage is available on request. Please specify your preferred level of insurance when placing your order.

6. Customs & Import Duties

Buyers are responsible for any customs clearance procedures, import duties, taxes, and inspection fees in the destination country, unless DDP is explicitly agreed. We provide commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading / airway bill, and certificate of origin (C/O or FORM E / FORM F / RCEP, where applicable) to facilitate customs clearance.

6a. Minimum Order Quantity

Minimum order quantities vary by product category and are specified in the quotation or proforma invoice. For stock items, mixed orders are generally accepted. For custom or OEM products, MOQ requirements will be discussed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to discuss your specific requirements.

6b. Export Packaging

As standard practice, equipment is packed in export-grade plywood crates or heavy-duty corrugated cartons with protective foam suitable for ocean freight. Wooden packaging materials are treated to comply with ISPM-15 standards where required by destination country regulations. Specific packaging requirements may be agreed in the contract. Special packaging requirements (e.g., vacuum-sealed, moisture-proof) are available on request.

6c. Destination Country Import Requirements

Certain destinations require pre-shipment inspection or product certification before importation. Examples include: Saudi Arabia (SASO/SABER), Nigeria (SONCAP), Kenya (PVoC), Egypt (GOEIC), and EU countries (CE marking). Buyers are responsible for understanding their country's import requirements. We will provide technical documentation (test reports, material certificates, component specifications) to support your certification application at no additional charge. Please inform us of any certification requirements when placing your order.
